Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by me under the Attiv AI name (sole proprietorship), Ghaziabad, India. I decide how your personal information is used and am responsible for it under this policy.

What I collect
I only collect what you choose to send me through the contact form or by email:
- Your name and email address.
- Your phone number and company name, if you give them.
- The message you write about your business and what you need.
If you book a call through my booking link, the booking provider collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not use local storage for tracking and does not build a profile of you across websites.
I do not use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers on this website.
The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser. That setting never leaves your device.
How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To prepare a proposal or quote you asked for.
- To deliver and support work you have agreed with me.
I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Service providers I use
A small number of providers process data on my behalf so the website and email work:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, handles contact form submissions, keeps a temporary copy of each enquiry in its storage (Workers KV) and provides cookieless visit counts (Web Analytics).
- Google Apps Script: receives each contact form submission and saves it to my private lead sheet in Google Sheets.
- Google Workspace: provides my email, where enquiries arrive and are answered.
- Cal.com: provides the booking calendar. It collects the details you enter when you book a call, under its own privacy policy.
These providers may store data on servers outside India. They process it only to provide their service to me.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to reply and follow up. The copy of a contact form submission held in Cloudflare storage is deleted automatically after 180 days. If you become a client, I keep project and billing records for as long as the work continues and as long as the law requires afterwards. When information is no longer needed, I delete it.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what personal information I hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, where I am not required to keep it.
- Stop contacting you.
