What data I collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and the message about your business.
- What you share with me on a call or by email while I plan and build your project.
- Basic, anonymous visit counts for this website. I aim to use cookieless analytics, so I do not set tracking cookies or build a profile of you.
Where it is kept
This website runs on Cloudflare. Messages sent through the contact form are passed to my Google Workspace account, which is where I read and reply to them.
Data for a client project is kept where we agree in that project's agreement. I do not move it elsewhere without telling you.
Who can see it
I run Attiv AI as a one-person business. Only I have access to your messages and project data. There are no account managers or outside staff in between.
If you want a signed NDA before you share details, ask and I can sign one before the work starts.
Who owns what I build
Ownership of the code I deliver and of the data in your systems is agreed in writing in your project agreement, before any building starts.
How AI tools are used
Some systems I build use AI models from third-party providers. I only send your data to such a provider with your approval, and I tell you which provider is involved.
I do not use your data to train AI models myself. Each provider has its own terms, and I aim to choose settings that keep your data out of their training where they offer that option.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry messages only as long as I need them to reply and follow up. Project data is kept for as long as the agreement says, and I intend to return or remove it when the work ends, unless you ask me to keep supporting the system.
How to ask me to delete your data
Email [email protected] from the address you used with me and say what you want deleted. I will confirm once it is done.
